About Us
Our Practice Overview
Wooten & Associates, PLC is a leading private group practice dedicated to providing professional and ethically sound psychotherapy services to our community. We specialize in integrative Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) work with trauma-informed and sensorimotor applications for adults and their families. We have expertise in working with women in childbearing age to support problems related to childbirth and developing young families. We love the opportunity to encourage and nurture holistic interventions that transform struggle into lives worth living.

Our group consists of clinical psychologists, masters level psychotherapists, a nurse practitioner therapist, post-graduate and predoctoral graduate student therapists. Our training and development of young clinicians enables us to bring clinical expertise to our community in ways not supported through insurance and traditional clinical environments. We are able to use our collective wisdom and collaboration to deliver sound clinical interventions at varying levels of affordability.

Expanding Our Reach

Wooten & Associates understands that our special clinical services can help far more than those who might come to our office for care. We are seeking good opportunities to extend our services to the community and are doing so through partnerships with community mental health agencies and non-profit organizations. We currently provide all levels of clinical support to Arizona Womens Recovery Center and South Phoenix Healthy Start. We are excited to offer psychotherapy to populations that are not able to secure this level of care otherwise, while at the same time exposing our clinical psychology trainees to a population that has a great need for psychological interventions. We join both of these agencies in their mission to restore and preserve families and support their strong and passionate pursuit of a life worth living. Through these partnerships we are able to also offer the quality therapeutic service, driven by DBT principles, to sites who otherwise are unable to provide this level of care and supervision. Please call the office to learn how to receive these services or how to partner with us to build up your clinical offerings.
