Community Partners
We provide support to local agencies through staff support in clinical service delivery, group consultation, program development and integration. We enable small agencies to offer developed clinical expertise that stabilizes other services such as case management and community engagement.
This network is a private directory of gently vetted providers available to be matched with patients for services. The network gathers information about each of its providers, including information about their training and expertise, the forms of payment they accept, their availability for new clients and the particular interest they have in issues that concern you. It then personally connects with community members who are seeking help and have difficulty finding providers through internet searches and referrals to connect with these providers through the first appointment.
The Arizona Community Behavioral Health Services Fund was established to create a community resource organization to help eliminate barriers that BIPOC persons experience when seeking behavioral health services. Barriers to accessing care include:
-
Limited pool of providers of color
-
Providers limited availability
-
Cost of care
-
Financial resources available to pay for care
-
Unfamiliarity with the behavioral system of care and how to navigate within it
-
Limited understanding of the benefits and limitations of BH care in the community
-
Negative stigma regarding seeking care, needing care or continuing in care
The Fund seeks to secure financial resource that will subsidize care where such assistance is necessary and provide the service of connecting community members to providers as matched.
